Oliver brings over 25 years of experience in founding, developing, investing in, and selling companies across diverse industries, including technology, corporate events, entertainment, media, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and regulated financial services. With expertise in sales, operations, fundraising, financial management, procurement, human resources, and acquisitions, Oliver is widely respected for his work ethic, passion, and commitment to driving growth and success.

Highlights of his career include scaling Randall Lyons, a SaaS company, culminating in its acquisition by Capita Plc (FTSE100). He also successfully raised funds and co-founded ventures in property investment and web 2.0 social networking, leading to the acquisition of we7 by TESCO Plc (FTSE100). In 2012, he launched the Oil & Gas Awards in North America, which quickly became a nationally recognized multi-million-dollar business serving 5,000 customers annually before ceasing operations in 2019 due to COVID-related constraints.

In 2020, Oliver founded Ballinger Group, navigating a two-year FSA regulatory process to secure authorization. He assembled a world-class team and built a £30m revenue FinTech business, achieving profitability by 2024.
