His work has led to significant operational roles in companies such as Hamilton Oil, BHP Billiton, Karoon Gas, Cue Energy, and Pura Vida Energy, where he has been instrumental in drilling numerous wells.

His leadership in multi-disciplinary teams emphasizes strategic planning and budget management, with notable contributions across diverse petroliferous basins in Sub-Saharan Africa, Saharan Africa, the North Sea, the Americas, and Asia/Oceania.
